Nanjing Hongbo Metal Products Co., Ltd.(HBrack) is a company of manufacturing warehouse storage racks. The rack categories include selective pallet rack, long span shelving, cantilever racking, drive in pallet racking, mezzanine floor, multi-tier shelving, gravity flow pallet racking, push back pallet racking, stacking rack, steel pallets and other customized warehouse storage products. The load is from 200-500kg per layer medium duty shelving to 5000kg per layer heavy-duty rack.

The plant area is approximately 10000 square meter. Total 82 employees, including five rack designers. Monthly yield 1100 tons of steel racks.

The equipment he has include coating line, manual bench drill, automatic rocker drill, automatic tapping machine, semi-automatic bending machine, shearing machine, semi-automatic bending machine, punching machine, auto punching machine, automatic feeder and receiving machine, upright rolling line, beam rolling line, pallet panel rolling line, CNC 6000W laser cutting machine, plasma cutting machine, CNC 3000W laser cutting machine, flywheel sawing machine, pipe bender, disc saw, pipe shaped punching machine, welding machine, magnetic drill, rust removal and oxidation layer shot blasting machine, and etc.

2. Design. HBrack will provide drawing for buyer check and will revise the drawing till to meet the users’ storage needs.
3. Budget. HBrack will provide different solutions to help buyer control the budget.
4. Installation. HBrack will provide installation drawing and instruction to help user do the installation. HBrack will take care of all the installation work when needed.
5. Loading. If the container is loaded at HBrack’ location, when buyer need HBrack help load the goods from buyer’s other supplier, mostly, HBrack will do it free charged.
6. Other. Talk to HBrack sales person. Communication will solve most problems.
